Check-in: the rooms will be available from 12.00 on day of arrival

Check out: rooms must be vacated no later than 10.30 hrs on the day of departure

Cancellation policy:

- reservations can be canceled only by fax or via e-mail and will not create any charge until 48 hours before date of arrival.
- less than 48 hours before date of arrival will be charged for 1 day stay.
- in case of no-shows will be charged for 1 day stay.

Changing the terms of booking: it must be agreed in advance with the hotel management and shall have no charge.
